Picnic By the Creek
Have you been dreaming of visiting Running Creek Camping….. You don’t want to camp, you just want some peace and quiet in the soft grass by the creek and trees! Or maybe you want to bring your dog down for a swim! Let the kids play in the creek! Have BBQ lunch! Or hat romantic picnic by the creek!Well guys…. It’s finally going to happen!!

Picnic by the Creek - Special Day Event
When: Sunday the 18th August 2024Time: Gates open at 10am and close at 2pm. Cost: $5 per person of all ages
Bookings are highly recommended as we are limited to our visiting guests on site for the day.
Things you can do• Bring your BBQ to cook up a delicious hot lunch!• You can have a campfire – toast some marshmallows!• Bring your dog for an ON LEAD day of fun, swimming and exploring the creek way or go for a big walk! Grab a doggy ice cream from the kiosk!• Set up a day campout! You can pitch a tent or a gazebo to enjoy the day, they are great for some extra shade or a mid day nap 😊 Tents and gazebos must stay behind the bollards and not be in the creek areas.
• Enjoy some treats from kiosk office, Slushies, fairy floss, ice creams, oh and Doggy Ice cream too!!• Play some outdoor games in the large open flats, Kubb has always been popular here oh and quoits, Bocce, frisbee and even cricket! (equipment and or activites are not provided by running creek camping)
Things to remember:• We are not a party space. Peace, quiet and tranquillity here at all times at Running Creek Camping. • This is a very special day event, and we will be closed for overnight stays for the weekend. • Bookings are not essential, but recommended as we are only hosting a small limited number of guests for this day event.
